City publishes approved snapshots only. A phase's or week's figures are FINAL only when approved here against the named current fwf_pub run. A phase approval covers the vendor-reported figures only (reported ft, HH reported). When a later run changes one of those the row turns stale and must be re-approved; revoking returns it to unapproved. Built / mapped figures are shown beside the approval for context — map, not part of approval — and never stale it (A42, 2026-09-10). Pipeline feed = the legacy fwf-api feed the board reads (not the deployed board itself, not a source). A delta that is an unmerged board PR is a merge, not a dispute.
